We had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton Nha Trang and I can’t really recommend it highly enough. It wasn’t cheap, but at around $171 a night, it wasn’t really that expensive either.
We got a Deluxe Room with Ocean Views and Breakfast included – and the entire package didn’t disappoint.
From the minute we walked into the massive and spotless lobby, we knew we were in for a treat.
Check-in was a breeze and before long we were up in our room taking in the fantastic views – of the ocean and islands in the distance, as well as the mountains to the west.
The location was obviously fabulous – right across the road from the beach.
The room, like the lobby was spotless. It was reasonably sized, and apart from the open bathroom – which could be awkward if you’re not travelling with a close friend – I couldn’t fault it.
The bed was plush and exactly what we needed after our long, rough ride north from HCMC.
The pool and spa on level 6 was also a big highlight for us.We spent a good half a day relaxing, sunbaking and splashing in the hotel’s pristine infinity pool. The breakfast buffet was plentiful with all sorts of Asian and Western options, and we even managed a night up in the hotel’s bar – Altitude – on level 28.It was ladies’ night and so Lauren’s drinks were on the bar, which could have been dangerous, but we managed to keep it together. If you’re after a bit of luxury on your trip to Vietnam, with killer views of Nha Trang bay, and you’re not afraid to splash out a bit – stay here! I’d definitely go back.
