We were pleasantly surprised with our choice of hotel in the Bulgarian capital. We arrived fairly late in the game after a long day of travel and exploring the Buzludzha Communisit Monument, and a quick and easy check-in meant we were settling in our room in no time.
The location is pretty good – just off the main street and there’s plenty of street parking right outside the hotel.
The rooms were decently sized and tidy and the bathroom spotless.
We even had a little balcony offering fantastic views of the city… well views at least.
Wifi was free and fast flowing and breakfast was amazing – with all the usual bits and pieces of local cuisine, as well as western staples.
The hotel is by no means a five star establishment – but if you want a clean and tidy, centrally located hotel with a fantastic breakfast, then this hotel should be a definite consideration.
